How long does delivery take?

Our typical estimated delivery time is 7-21 days. Sometimes (especially before important holidays such as Christmas) it might take a little longer than that. We depend on third party delivery services ourselves. Please be patient: it will arrive or you will get a full refund.

What is your refund policy?

If the product does not arrive in 30 days you can ask for a full refund.

If your product is defective or it does not correspond to specifications you must send us photos proving the defects and we will send you a full refund.

How secure is my credit card information and personal data with you?

We do NOT have access to your credit card information. Credit card information goes directly to the credit card processing company and it’s technically impossible for us to access it in any way. Therefore we do NOT store any credit card information (although our credit card processing company does). We only use highly reputable and well established credit card processing companies which are trusted by the entire industry.

We do NOT share your personal data except for legal or technical reasons. Actions performed on our website may be collected, processed and used by third party services (eg: Facebook, Google).
